SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We try our best to ship your order on the next working day. However, on some occasions, shipping is made within 2-4 workdays. When you order, you pledge to the delivery terms. By the Finnish law requirements, you have the right to return the product within 14 days when you’ve received your order, if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint.

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. 
Please note that the products we have on SALE cannot be returned, and the deal is final when purchased.

You must contact the store before making a return.
Custom orders / special orders can not be returned. The product must be unworn and price tags, stickers, original packaging etc, must also be returned. The Customer pays the shipping costs when returning the item(s).

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. (we abide the Finnish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and laws regarding internet shopping).

When returning the product, you must include the following info:

Customer number, name, address and phone number
Copy of the receipt of your order

PLEASE NOTE: We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refund back to you.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If, for some reason, your package is damaged during transition, or for some reason, you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: shop@manana.fi

Please note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.

If for some reason your package is damaged during transition, you must immediately inform and file a complaint to the Finnish Post Office.
